This is among the best fill flash back lit portraits I have managed without setting things up, this is a snapshot! The flash really blends in and no adjustments of any kinds have been made, the D7 was set to portrait (as I recall it anyway) and then just converted by the viewer utility to sRGB space and downsized for the web.
And yes, that is my beloved girlfriend Jennie.
